Bank Draft Payment Plan

This payment plan is the easiest way to pay your utility bill. It is free of charge and eliminates checks and postage. Every Clinton Utilities Board customer can enjoy the convenience of this payment plan. All you do is authorize your bank and CUB to automatically deduct your utility bill from your checking account each month. You will still receive your utility bill, but instead of sending your payment, your checking account will be debited on the net due date shown on your bill. Print our Automatic Payment Application, fill it out, and return it to CUB with a voided check or deposit slip to get started on this plan today.

Online Account Access and Bill Payment

View your CUB account billing information online and enjoy the convenience of paying your utility bill online by check or credit card. Click on Online Account Access and Bill Payment to view your account or pay your bill now.

Telephone Credit Card/Check Payment

CUB, through Clearwater Payments LLP, offers 24 hour bill payment using Visa, MasterCard, Discover or check. To make your credit card or check payment by phone, please call 1-888-703-9195. Telephone payments are not posted to your CUB account until the following business day.

Note: Clearwater charges a $3.10 convenience fee for credit/debit card payments.

Kiosk Payments

Paying your bill in person has never been easier. You can pay your bill with cash, check or credit card at one of our new payment kiosks. The kiosks are easy to use and your payment posts to your account immediately. See below for locations, hours and applicable convenience fees.

CUB Office Kiosk, 1001 N Charles G Seivers Blvd in Clinton – Available 24/7; Free cash & check payments; $3.10 convenience fee for credit card payments.

Norwood Marathon, 1236 E Tricounty Blvd in Oliver Springs – Available 7am to 9pm; $1.50 convenience fee for cash or check payments; $3.95 convenience fee for credit card payments.

Fastop, 501 N Main St in Rocky Top – Available 6am to 11pm; $1.50 convenience fee for cash or check payments; $3.95 convenience fee for credit card payments.

Budget Payment Plan

Budget Payment Plan” is available for our residential customers. Your payment is based on your last 12-months usage. In this plan, you pay equal amounts for up to eleven months. In the twelfth month your account will be adjusted. If you have overpaid, Clinton Utilities Board will credit your account the over-payment. If you have underpaid, you will be billed accordingly. You must have received service at your present location for at least 6 months to participate in this program. This program is offered only during the early spring. Applications must be turned in between March 1st and no later than May 1st.

Bank Payment Locations

Customers not wishing to mail their payments or bring them into the office may pay at some bank branches in this area. The following banks accept Clinton Utilities Board payments:

Southern Bank of Tennessee – Clinton
Community Trust Bank – Clinton

CUB Office

Of course, you may also bring your payment to CUB’s main office, located at 1001 Charles G. Seivers Blvd. Our hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. After hours and weekends, you may drop your payment in the drive-thru drop box. PLEASE DO NOT PUT CASH IN THE DROP BOX!
