Get Started with New Service

  1. Complete the appropriate application and submit to cservice@clintonub.com or in person at our office. If you have questions regarding the application process, please feel free to contact us at (865) 457-9232.
  2. Pay the required deposit(s) and/or fee(s).
  3. Provide a state issued ID/Passport and/or other personal information that may be required for verification purposes.
  4. If renting, provide a copy of your current lease or rental agreement.
  5. If purchasing property, provide a copy of your closing documents.
  6. If the property has not had service in the last 12 months or never had service, please contact us as additional steps may be required.

  2. Provide a forwarding address for final billing purposes if applicable.
