• Proof of ownership or lease (closing documents or rental agreement)

Step 3: Submit Your Application

After uploading your documents, click Submit.
Our team will review your submission and contact you within 2 business days.

Step 4: Pay Deposit or Fees

If a deposit or service fee is required, you will receive a separate email with payment instructions and a secure link to pay online.

If service has been off for 12 months or longer, please contact Customer Service by phone at (865) 457-9232.
